Registration for our Christmas lunch is currently full. If you wish to be put on the waiting list, in case of cancellation, please send me an email on gbolingbroke@mac.com.
The Special Events Team invites you to come and join the fun and cheer at our Christmas lunch taking place on Tuesday 12 December at 12h00 at the Auberge Communal de Prangins*, where there is ample parking space in the Parking du Château on the right side of the rue de Bénex (when driving out of the centre of the village towards Gland).
The all-inclusive lunch costs CHF 66.00, comprising an aperitif, a three-course lunch, wine, mineral water, and coffee/tea, as well as a tip for the service.
The good news this year is that we can offer a choice of menu, which you can decide upon directly at the restaurant on the actual day!
Starter choice
- Velouté petit-pois menthe et son émulsion de fromage frais
- Salade du marché et sa vinaigrette du futur
- Crostini de chèvre et miel et bouquet de salade
Main choice
- Suprême de poulet, sauce aux champignons, pommes grenailles et légumes
- Feuilleté de saumon aux épinards, beurre blanc aux herbes et riz
- Traditionnel curry du moment, au choix (végétarien, poulet ou gambas), riz et condiments
Dessert choice
- Fondant au chocolat et sa double crème de Gruyère
- Cheesecake et son coulis
- Dessert du jour

Join us by confirming your participation to Gillian Bolingbroke (gbolingbroke@mac.com) or by phone on 079 722 84 69, and make your payment of CHF 66.00 to the Club’s account, stating your name and ‘Christmas Lunch’ before Tuesday 5 December latest. Cancellation after this date will be subject to Club rules.
Please refer to page 4 of the Grapevine for payment details. Cash payments are discouraged but, if you do make one, it is important to send a copy of your receipt by email to Gillian and the treasurer@iwcn.ch to enable them to identify who it is from.
* Please note that we had to change the venue from the Grand Hotel, Domaine de Divonne, due to financial constraints.
